Deborah's decision to be of service began in 1987 when she earned the honorable title of becoming the first woman Firefighter EMT for a Southern California Municipal Fire Department. She has been in the profession of helping people for over 25 years.  Over the course of her 12-year Firefighting career, she learned first-hand about motivation, change, adaptation and how to successfully attain your life's passion. During that time she strengthened personal practices to keep moving forward while overcoming obtacles and challenges in spite of danger or fear.

Leaving her position as Firefighter in 1999, she pursued a career as a hypnotherapist where she focused on inner child. The primary focus of this work was to help clients get clarity about their childhood trauma responses that were affecting adult relationships and life choices.  This awareness helps individuals to be more relational and to make healthy,  conscious self-protective choices rather than succumb to destructive patterns or automatic negative responses.  As she continued working in the field of hypnotherapy she became eager to expand upon her skills of facilitating life and relationship fulfillment.  In 2003, she discovered the CoachVille School for professional coach training where she received in-depth training and education.  As a result, Deborah's true passion for couples' work was developed integrating the inner child work with Couples Coaching.
